What is your return policy?

  • We accept unworn products purchased from PadhmaCreation.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Any merchandise considered worn upon return will be subjected to a $10 re-stock fee.
  • We do not offer free shipping on returns. If you purchase a UPS return label from Padhma Creation, a flat fee of $6 will be deducted from your refund total.

I want to return an item. How can I do that?

  • Please email us and we will send you via email a UPS return label.
  • We will send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition. This is usually done within 48 hours.

  • Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order, dependent on your bank/card issuer.

Does Padhma offer free shipping on returns?

  • If you return an item for payment refund, we do not offer free shipping.
  • However, if you have received a faulty item, we will offer free shipping on returns.

Is my order on its way to me?

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way, including the expected delivery date. Please allow us up to 5 business days for processing on all orders placed on UPS ground. All expedited orders will be processed for shipment on the next business day.
  • If you order is trackable, there will be a tracking link on the email. Simply click on your tracking link to view the up-to date tracking. Make sure you check the expected delivery date on your email before contacting us about your order.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

  • Shipping costs vary with every order. All shipping options and costs will be calculated for you in the “Shipping Information” section during checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight of package, shipping location and other various UPS charges.

I have received a faulty item

  • We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. If you discover a fault, please contact us with your order number, the faulty item’s name and number, and a description of the fault. We will get back to you within 6 hours and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

My payment has been declined

  • Check the card details on your Padhma account to make sure the information is correct e.g. the expiry date or your billing address Make sure you enter the security code correctly -that´s the three digit number on the back of your card.
  • If you´ve tried all these and are still having problems please contact us.
